Working Processes
In trying to adopt appropriate working methods, Salamanda Tandem makes a broad political commitment : it hopes, in all phases of its work, to witness to its convictions. It aims to confront in its procedures both the joys, and the difficulties and dilemmas, that people daily encounter. So the company is necessarily as concerned with the processes involved in making art as it is by the artwork itself: it sees no absolute distinction between the two - its work is always work in process.
