Daybreak

Daybreak is a group of artists with disabilities based in Tamworth. Daybreak and Salamanda Tandem have an exciting history of collaboration first working together in 1994 as part of a Staffordshire wide arts and social services consultation; making their first film in 1996, producing a sound track and photographic exhibition in 1998, and a performance in 1999 which formed part of a Tamworth Council's new disability strategy. Common ground has been established over a number of years, inspired by friendships, colour, textures, movements and sounds.
