Also, they are now requesting some training purely for their own development to improve what they are doing in the sessions. For example the use of voice and body is key in the generation of excitement of interaction with the child. For a dance or music performer this combination is easier to learn, for the staff there are lots of fears and barriers. Therefore they have requested voice and movement training to increase their awareness of what messages they may be sending out to the children.
