Triptych 1999 - 2002

Triptych combines dance, sculpture, costume and voices with an orchestra of Javanese Gamelan Instruments, Marimba, Japanese Bamboo Flute (Shakuhachi) and Horn.

Drawing on European and South East Asian cultures, Triptych resonates with universal elements of ancient, classical and contemporary human history. The performance takes place on the cusp of monumental life changes, exploring the struggle for beauty from within the harsh limits of our physical world.
